Who We Are?

Philippine Blue Corporation was established in 2020 to cater the vast demand of Diesel Exhaust Fluid (DEF) for vehicles compliant with Euro 4 and up diesel engine. As for the implementation of R.A. No. 8748 (Philippine Clean Air Act of 1999) is practiced, the regulation for Nitrogen Oxide (NOx) emissions is becoming firm and strict. All diesel engine vehicles including light and heavy duty trucks, off-road machinery industry and even new passenger vehicles will require Diesel Exhaust Fluid (DEF). Our international partner, New Blue has passed the world’s most stringent VDA certification which ensures a high-grade quality urea solution for our Diesel Exhaust Fluid (DEF) production.
